Where to place an order
You can place an order here, through our web based ordering service, or in person at the owning gallery for works of fine art.

How to place a retail order
Our partner galleries each have price lists and order forms for those works that belong to them. Customers fill out the order form and pay at the gallery shop.

Retail payment methods
Most gallery shops accept cheques, credit cards and debit cards. If a gallery shop does not accept the means of payment you want to use - many retailers do not take American Express or Diners cards, for instance - they can phone through the details to us and we will process the payment on their behalf.

How to place an online order
Online orders are placed by selecting the image, size, media, protection and mount you want, adding the item to your shopping cart by clicking on the appropriate 'Add to cart' button, then proceeding to the Checkout where delivery details are filled in and payment method is chosen.

Online payment methods
Resex accept online payments by cheque, by debit/credit/charge card, or by email account using PayPal or Nochex. We use WorldPay - a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland and one of the world's most trusted payment service providers - to accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, JCB, Switch, Laser and Electron, among others. All of our online payment facilities are tried, tested, and fully secured by 128 bit encryption technology to safeguard your personal details.

When using this service, please attach a print of the confirmation EMAIL with your cheque, money order or bankers draft. Your order will be processed once your cheque has cleared.

 
Payment Currency
We only accept payments in Sterling. If you pay online by credit card or debit card denominated in a currency other than Sterling, your payment will be converted to Sterling at the then prevailing exchange rate (as defined by WorldPay).

Maximum acceptable order
Galleries have their own payment procedures, but they will nearly all accept payments by cheque up to the value of an associated cheque guarantee card. Many will accept credit card and/or debit card payments up to a value of £250. We will accept online orders of any value, however it is in your interest to contact us should you want to place a large order: you will almost certainly be entitled to a significant discount!

Delivery
If you want to pick up your print(s) from the gallery where you paid for them, delivery is included in the price. The gallery will contact you when your prints arrive.

We will deliver anywhere in the UK, European Union or North America, in which case delivery charges will automatically be added to the price when you Checkout. If you want delivery anywhere else, fill in the Contact Us form and we will advise you of the price, duty, tax and arrangements.

Deliveries are usually made 7 to 14 days from receipt of an online order or 5 to 10 days from clearance of a cheque. You will be kept informed of order status changes via e-mail and can check at any time using our Order Status service (accessible from our Home page).

Refunds
We want and fully expect you to be delighted with our products. However, if, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your goods, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund. You must inform us of your intent by letter or using our Contact Form, explaining why you are returning the goods. We will arrange for them to be picked up and will send your refund (excluding delivery charges) by cheque. Note that this service may not be used to test or trial our products.

Cancellations
You can cancel or modify an order at any time prior to shipment, simply by explaining what you want to do in the Contact Us form or by cancelling online through our Order Status form. If any money has been deducted from your credit/debit card, it will be refunded to you in full. If the goods have already been dispatched, the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
